Voluntary Service

DECC has gotten a Voluntary Service program for Volunteers.

The volunteers are taking to work in different interesting and important areas. The major aims of this voluntary service programme is to welcome volunteers to learn and share their experiences and ideas with DECC office and people at the grass root level to enable improve their socio economic status.

The areas which the volunteers can work or can offer their services are below:

Assist carrying out research on Northern Region culture/Africa culture.

Help raise funds for Poverty Alleviation Program (PAP).

Help carrying out research on Traditional herbs/herbs (Medicine).

Help preserve and promote film industry in Northern Ghana.

Help exchange culture at the international level.

Help conduct research on available natural resources .

Help train video editors/film editors.

Help train film actors and actresses.

Help promote Bee keeping in Northern Ghana to enable check extreme poverty among marginalizes women.

Help enhance Needy children education.

Help promote women and children rights.
